How Returns Work
From request to refund, here's the path every Tillby return takes.
Return Eligibility
What qualifies for a return.
You have 30 days from the day your last item arrives to start a return. If your order shipped in multiple packages, the countdown starts from whichever item arrives last.
How to Start a Return
Start your return right from your account — no email needed.
- Log in to your account and click on the order you'd like to return.
- Click the Return Request option that appears and follow the prompts.
- You'll receive your return label by email within 1–2 business days.
- Print the label and ship the item back to us.
Prefer to use your own shipping label? Submit the tracking number on your return request, or email hi@tillbybaby.com — this makes sure your return is matched up correctly once it reaches our warehouse.
Return Label Fee
What it costs to send an item back.
Returns using a Tillby-provided label have a flat $7 fee, deducted from your refund. If you'd rather arrange your own shipping, you're welcome to use your own label at your own cost instead.
Refunds
What happens once we receive your return.
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it within 2–3 business days. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, minus the $7 return label fee if you used our label. We don't offer exchanges — if you need a different size or color, you're welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
