Yes — Tillby has a large unisex and gender-neutral collection as part of the range. The brand overall is built around bold color, joy, and letting kids be kids, and the unisex styles are one big part of that, not the whole story.

If you don't know the baby's current weight, check the Newborn size chart on the specific product page — it'll list the exact weight and length range that style fits. When in doubt, size up.

Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as your package is on its way.

Free standard shipping applies on orders over the minimum shown at checkout. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate, calculated automatically based on your delivery address.

As with any new garment, we also recommend washing before first wear.

Tillby offers refunds only — we don't offer exchanges. Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Start a return by emailing your order number to support, and we'll send instructions and a return shipping label.

You can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it, right from your order page. After that 1-hour window, contact us at hi@tillbybaby.com with your order number and we'll try to cancel it if it hasn't been processed by the warehouse yet — we can't guarantee this, since processing can start quickly.

Email support with your order number and a photo of the item within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to return the item first in most cases.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
