About Tillby

Kids don't hold still for a photoshoot. Neither do we.

Tillby makes bold, joyful clothing for Newborn to 8Y — built for climbing, spinning, and sitting down in puddles because it looked interesting.

Somewhere along the way, kids' clothing started forgetting what kids actually do all day.

Everything got a little too styled, a little too precious — made to look perfect in a nursery flat-lay rather than survive an actual afternoon. Tillby started from a simpler idea: clothes should be as alive as the kid wearing them.

Every color, every kiddo — no boxes, no assumptions, just good pieces that work for whoever's wearing them.

That means color — real color, not the washed-out pastel everyone defaults to. Marigold, cobalt, poppy, grass, plum. Bright enough to spot across a playground, soft enough to wear all day, every day.

It means fit that keeps up, cut for crawling, running, climbing, and the occasional dramatic collapse onto the kitchen floor — sized from Newborn all the way to 8Y, so kids can actually move in what they're wearing.

And it means a genuinely large unisex collection, because plenty of families just want great clothes without a pink aisle and a blue aisle to choose between.

We're not chasing a curated-nursery look. We're making clothes for kids who are going to get them dirty — and we think that's the whole point.

What we believe

A few things we hold onto, from the first sketch of a print to the last stitch on the tag.

Joy over polish

We're delighted by kids, not performing delight. Real motion beats a posed moment, every time.

Color, unapologetically

Bold shades, used with intention. Never more than a couple of brights at once — enough to feel loud, not chaotic.

No boxes

"Kiddo," never "for him" or "for her." A large unisex collection sits right alongside everything else — not as a separate idea.
