Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund. Returns are refund-only (we don't offer exchanges), and a flat $7 label fee is deducted from your refund. Start a return anytime by logging into your account — no need to email us first.
Shipping
Orders arrive within 5–9 business days. Standard shipping is $7, and it's free on orders $50 and up. We don't currently offer expedited or international shipping.
Order Changes
Need to cancel? You can cancel it yourself from your order page within 1 hour of placing it. After that, email us at hi@tillbybaby.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships — but once our warehouse has processed it, we can't guarantee a cancellation.
